About the Role:

The Associate Business Analyst will serve as a bridge between business, technical teams, and leadership, driving change through research, analytics, and process optimization. You will document requirements, identify inefficiencies, generate reports, and help shape systems that scale effectively while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to produce collaborative analysis and documentation.
• Evaluate and maintain systems requirements and processes; prepare monthly status reports.
• Author and update formal documentation for internal and external use.
• Conduct daily analytics to optimize system functionality and problem resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners for streamlined integration.
• Provide research-backed recommendations to managers and executives.

Requirements:

• Experience in analytics and systems development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.

• Experience in writing process documentation and actionable reports.
• Excellent communication abilities to translate data into clear insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Ability to manage projects and conduct user testing.
